How to set the maximum number of orders per hour for the operator to process?
You can set the maximum number of orders that a particular operator can process in the Monitoring Panel → Cities by clicking on the Change button next to a specific operator.
In the window that appears, you can specify the number of orders that the operator can process per hour, in the Max. number of orders field. Once the limit is reached, orders will not be assigned to the operator.
