2.0 How to put a courier on the line?

The enabling of the courier on the line is carried out after the courier warns by telephone about starting their shift. The courier informs the call center operator or another responsible user with the appropriate access.



To put a courier on the line, you need to go to the Monitoring Panel → Couriers → click the On. button next to the name of the desired courier → in the window that appears, click the Confirm button.
