# How to log in to the Dots Delivery app

To get started with the app, you need to download it from [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=live.dots.dotslive.delivery) or [AppStore](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/dots-delivery/id1481982735). When installing the app, it will ask for a number of permissions that are required for its functioning. You can check the status of the permissions in the **Profile** > **App Info** tab.

Your manager will provide you with the account name, login, and password for authorization.

**Account**. Unique name of the project. In most cases, it appears in the domain name of the project website.
** *Example* **
*Project website - [https://jacksburgersbar.com](https://jacksburgersbar.com), where the project name is jacksburgersbar*

**Login**. E-mail address.
** *Example* **
*[sergio111@dots.live](mailto:sergio111@dots.live)*
*[julia77@gmail.com](mailto:julia77@gmail.com)*

**Password**. A unique password that must include letters and numbers.

To change the app language, go to **Profile** > **Language** and select the desired language from the list.

To log out of your account, go to **Profile** > **Log out**, and confirm the action.

If you need to view technical information about the app, go to **Profile** > **App info**. In case of problems, please provide a screenshot of this screen to an operator with a description of the problems.
