2.0 How to leave a note about an order?

In order to leave a note on a specific client, go to the Monitoring Panel → Order card → User note → Edit note block. This note will be visible to everyone who has access to the Monitoring Panel. In the future, a note about the user is displayed on the card of their subsequent orders.

In order to leave or change a note to the order, go to the order card of the Monitoring PanelOrder card → the Wishes block → Edit wishes.
In this case, the wishes will be visible to everyone who has access to the Monitoring Panel, the Company Panel and the courier in the Dots Delivery app, as well as to the client themselves in the mobile app when going to order details.




In order to leave a comment to the order, which will be visible only to users with access to the Monitoring Panel, click on the Comment icon in the upper right corner of the order card.
