# How to get feedback from customers who placed an order through the site?

All reviews will be displayed on the Clients tab of the Monitoring Panel. 

      
*   If the client placed an order through the site, but they also have the app installed, they will receive a form in the app where they can rate the order and leave feedback after the order is completed.
