# How to download data on customers with the number of their orders?

You can download information about users with the number of orders in two ways:


*   If the total number of orders made for each client is enough to solve the necessary task, the downloading can be done through the **Control Panel - User Management** by clicking on **Data Export**. The data will be uploaded to a CSV file that can be uploaded to an Excel spreadsheet. The total number of orders for each customer is shown in column G.

*   If a more detailed download is required to solve the problem, we recommend using **RFM segmentation** on the Reports tab. There is also available data on the number of orders made by the client, as well as filters by date range and cities.
