# How to change the payment method in an active order?

If you have different payment types configured, open the **Order Card** in the **Monitoring Panel**. Click on the **Load payment data** button.

In the field where the payment method is specified, click the link with the name of the payment method - a window will appear. In the drop-down list, select the desired payment method and click **Confirm**.

After changing the payment type from cash payment to online payment, it is necessary to send an **SMS message to the client with a link to the payment form**. To do this, click on the **SMS** button.
