At different stages of order fulfillment, it may be necessary to change data about the order, customer, etc. The functionality of the Monitoring Panel allows you to quickly edit and change data directly from the ** order card **

Change of operator


Click on the operator's callsign in the quick action bar, select a new one and click Confirm.



Change of courier


Click on the name and call sign of the courier in the quick action bar. Then select the courier network, courier status and call sign. If necessary, you can also prohibit automatic merging of the selected order, automatic change of courier and redistribution to a free courier. After that click Save.



Manual merging with another order


Click on the Merge icon in the quick action bar and select the required order. Before doing this, it is recommended to select the "Show only eligible orders" option. After merging, the icon will turn green. If there are no orders suitable for merging, then the flag "No orders available for merging" will be displayed.



Registration of a problem situation


Click on the exclamation mark icon in the quick action bar and enter the required information. See here ** for more details. Then click **Save. After registering a problem situation, the icon will turn green.



Change the source of information about the service


Click on the eye icon in the quick action bar, select the source and enter the required information (if required). After specifying the source, the icon will turn green.



Creating/editing a note to an order


Click on the comment icon in the quick action bar and enter the required information. After adding a comment, the icon will turn green.



Change client's language


Open the full order card and click change language. Then select the desired language and click Save.



Change client's name and phone number


Open the full order card and click edit data. In the window that appears, enter the client's name and/or phone number and click Save.



Editing a client's address


Open the full order card and click edit address. Then fill in the following fields:

  • Street (street name only).
  • House (only house number).
  • Apartment (apartment number).
  • Floor (floor number).
  • Note (note to the address).
  • Specify additional options (distribute automatically; use the price specified manually; without notifying the courier).

If necessary, you can specify the coordinates manually. To do this, click on the Set coordinates manually checkbox, specify the location and click Define.


After filling in all the required fields, click Save.




Change the receipt amount


Open the full order card and click change price. Then enter the new price in the window that appears and click Save. The new amount will be displayed in the "Changed price" field.



Change payment type


Open the full order card and click Load payment data. Then click on the payment method, select a new one and click Save



Add/edit a wish to an order


Open the full order card and click Edit wishes. Then enter or change the required information and click Save.



Add/edit a note about a user


Open the full order card and click Edit note. Then enter the required information and click Save.



Managing the stages of order fulfilment


The buttons above each of the order statuses are used to manage the stages of execution. See ** here ** for more details.
