How does a customer's address affect available delivery methods?

There are several options for how a customer's order can be distributed, and therefore different delivery methods can be available to them, namely:

Main cases:

The client's address is not included in either the restaurant's delivery zone or the city's delivery zone - none of the delivery types will be available to the client, and they will not be able to place an order at all.

The customer's address is not in the company's delivery area but is in the city's delivery area, and the Allow orders for addresses outside the company's delivery area option is enabled. In this case, the client will be able to order delivery to an address that is outside the delivery zone of the company, but within the city zone. It is important to note that such orders are not automatically distributed to companies.

The customer's address is not in the company's delivery area but is in the city's delivery area, and the Allow orders for addresses outside the company's delivery area setting is disabled. In this case, only Takeaway will be available to the client.

The client's address falls into the delivery area of several companies at once. In this case, the system selects the most optimal company for fulfilling the order, based on cost optimization and compliance with time and logistics settings, and then distributes the order to it. The user will have access to all delivery types active in this company.

The client entered the address incorrectly. If the map service cannot recognize the delivery address, the order is displayed by the coordinates of the city center. If the city center is not included in the delivery area of any of the companies, only Takeaway will be available to the client.
