# Distribution of orders with the "Prepayment!" note

The **Prepayment!** note appears if the order amount exceeds the specified **Order Limit**. You can set up the distribution of the order, as well as change the limit in the **Control Panel → Cities** → edit → **General** → **Order Limit** check-box. If the order amount exceeds the set limit, orders remain undistributed.
