# "By coordinates" mark in the order information in the Monitoring Panel

If the note **"By coordinates"** is displayed next to the client's address in the **Monitoring Panel**, this means that the client has indicated their location on the map outside of any house/structure/object, and the courier is recommended to focus on the coordinates.



**Important!** In this case, the client's location is assigned the nearest address. Even if the assigned address does not fall into any of the delivery zones, while the marker on the map falls into it, the order can be placed. 

To avoid placing orders outside the delivery zones of the city and companies, it is recommended to indicate them along the borders of roads.
