Before starting work, you need to log in to the Monitoring Panel. After that, open the website through the operator's login on the Control Panel, the Monitoring Panel. Depending on your responsibilities, you may have access to city and/or courier management.

1. City management



Before starting the shift, you must configure the corresponding cities (if you have permissions). Use the Cities tab to manage available cities.


List of cities contains the following elements:


City status indicator (green - enable, gray - pause, orange - takeaway only).
City name.
Number of active orders.
Number of delayed orders.
Number of preorders.
The number of couriers on the line and estimated number of orders per courier.
Number of completed orders.

Click on the number to open a page with certain orders.

Click on the current city status to change it.

Available options:


Enable. The city and its companies are available for customers.
Takeaway only. The city is on, but only self-pickup is available to customers.
Pause. Customers have access to the city webpage, but can’t place orders (when opening the shopping cart page, a warning message will pop up).

2. Operator management



If you are the CC supervisor/shift supervisor, then your manager will grant you access to manage operators in the Cities tab.



It contains the following information:


Status indicator (green - online, gray - offline, orange - hidden).
Operator’s name.
The number of active orders assigned to the operator.
The number of delayed orders assigned to the operator.
The number of pre-orders assigned to the operator.
The maximum number of active orders that can be assigned to the operator.
The number of completed orders.
“Change” button, that allows you to change the status and the maximum number assigned orders.
Online. Operator is ready to work with orders. New orders will be assigned to the courier depending on the number of free operators on the line.
Hidden. Operator is online, but new orders won’t be assigned to him.
Offline. The operator is inactive.

Note: If necessary, the supervisor will be able to assign an order to the operator manually, even if he is in the ""Hidden"" status.

3. Location management



If your responsibilities include changing the statuses of locations, use the Companies tab. Use the fields at the top of the page to check whether delivery to a certain address is possible. Fill in these fields and click Check. After that, you'll see a list of locations from which delivery to the specified address will be possible.


Click on the city name, to see a window with city manager’s contacts. Then click on the number to call.



The list of locations contains the following information:


Status indicator (green - active, gray - pause).

The name of the company and the address of the location. Click on the name to see contact information and links to the web interface of the Dots Business app and the location settings in the Control Panel.




""Active"" button with a counter of active orders. Click on it, to view a list of these orders in the Active tab.

""Pre-orders"" button with a counter of pre-orders. Click on it, to view a list of these orders in the Pre-orders tab.

Workload table of the location in the context of hour slots.

Status change button. Available statuses:
Pause (corresponds to the ""Disabled"" status in the Control Panel). The location is off and unavailable for receiving orders. For this mode, you can set the validity period, after which the mode will automatically switch to ""Active"".
Active (corresponds to the ""Enabled"" status in the Control Panel). The location is available for accepting orders for delivery and takeaway.
Active (no takeaway) (corresponds to the ""Hidden"" status in the Control Panel). The location is available for distribution of delivery orders, but not available for customer pickup. The system will not allow the operator to manually distribute the self-pickup order to the specified location.
Deleted. Deletes the selected location.

4. Order filter



Before starting to work with orders, set up the filters in the Active tab.

Delay (delayed and not delayed, delayed only)
Delivery method (all orders, delivery only, pickup and reservation only)
Operator (all operators, specific operator)
