2.0 What should be the size of uploaded photos of products (dishes)?
The image must have an aspect ratio of 3:2 and be in .png or .jpg format.
The maximum file size is 1 MB.
Important! The larger the file, the longer it will take to load in the application. Use compression. Try to keep the file size as small as possible so that the download speed of images remains at an acceptable level. Ideally, the size of the photo should not exceed 300 KB.
The recommended resolution is 1652x1100px.
Also, product photos have a visible area in the preview where the photo is cropped. The photo is adjusted to fit this visible area. The visible area is highlighted in green in the screenshot, its size in pixels is usually 1650x662. The preview area is what you see when you simply open the menu page. The full photo (red zone) opens when you open a specific product and hover over the photo.

Also you can use Preview button. The button allows you to see how the uploaded image will look in the web version of the site, mobile version of the site, and applications, depending on the display settings.
Note: If you are not satisfied with the image, you can click the Change Image button and your device will open a window to upload another image. This feature allows you to avoid unwanted cropping of the photo on different devices and versions of the settings.
