2.0 Dots Delivery app

Dots Delivery is a mobile app for delivery couriers. The app has two operating modes: with virtual courier account and without virtual account. Changing the operating mode is available in the Control Panel in the delivery fleet settings.

Orders. Contains a list of active or available for accepting orders. This is where the order statuses change.

Order card . The order card contains complete information on the order and a map of the delivery route. Here, a courier can change the order status.

Broadcast . This tab appears only if the corresponding mode is enabled at the city level. Broadcast mode allows couriers to select company locations, orders from which will be available for work. In addition, they will be able to independently take orders to work.

Notifications. Contains messages about new orders, change of pickup time, etc. Here, couriers can accept a new order.

Profile. Contains additional sections: Location , Order archive , Statistics , App info and Language. The Log out button allows the courier to log out of his account.

In order to display the courier's location in the background, you need to give access to Geodata: "always" in the smartphone's permission settings. Otherwise, the location of the courier will be displayed only when the program is active (geodata is not transmitted when the screen is locked and in the background). This applies only to the Android system, on iOS this permission can be enabled at the first login to the application.
