How to download data on customers with the number of their orders?
You can download information about users with the number of orders in two ways:
If the total number of orders made for each client is enough to solve the necessary task, the downloading can be done through the Control Panel - User Management by clicking on Data Export. The data will be uploaded to a CSV file that can be uploaded to an Excel spreadsheet. The total number of orders for each customer is shown in column G.
If a more detailed download is required to solve the problem, we recommend using RFM segmentation on the Reports tab. There is also available data on the number of orders made by the client, as well as filters by date range and cities.
