2.0 Notifications in the Monitoring Panel
All notifications appear in the Notifications tab. It contains notifications about new and canceled orders, as well as about changes in preparation due time and the order price. Each notification will have a corresponding order card attached.

All new notifications appear in the Notifications tab and followed by beep. The operator processes a notification by checking the order details and accepts it by clicking Received.

When a new order arrives, you need to check the following data in the order card:
Whether the customer is a regular or a new one.
The correctness of the order delivery address. If necessary, contact the customer and change the details of the address.
Notes about the user.
Customer wishes.
City
Address
Source of information about the service
Note: When accepting a first order of a new customer, you may see the “prepayment” mark in the order card. This means that the price of the first order exceeds the limit and a prepayment for the order is required.
Tip: It is recommended not accept the notification about a new order until it is processed, since the operator may lose the order in the list of all orders in the Active tab.

The customer can cancel the order in the app until the company location accepts it. In this case, a notification will appear in the Dots Business app. If the order was uploaded to the POS system and canceled in the Monitoring Panel, the operator must notify the cashier about the order cancellation ASAP.

When canceling an order in the Dots Business app, the manager/cashier must leave the reason for canceling the order. It will be displayed in the order card, as well as in the notification text.

It is not recommended postponing the delivery time to an earlier date (as this may lead to difficulties in logistics). If it is necessary, it is required to provide enough time for order acceptance by a courier and its arrival at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before.
We also do not recommend postponing orders placed for a specific time.

Additional packaging for the order.
Changes in the price of a weight product/dish.
Changes in the order.
Changes in the prices of goods/dishes of the company.
Custom promotion.
Note: When the order value changes, customer receives a notification in the app.
Tip: When the price changes significantly, it is necessary to clarify the reason with the cashier and inform the customer to avoid conflicts.
