# 3.0 Working with Cashback in the Company Panel

In this tab you can work with Cashback from the Company Panel. The cashier/manager can manuallycharge/withdraw points to the customer's Cashback.

The **Cashback tab** is located in the side menu of the Company Panel.

The cashier/manager of the company can find the customer by their phone number and conduct the necessary cashback operation.

# Displayed elements:

Customer's **Name, Phone Number** and available cashback **Balance.**

**Amount to be charged/withdrawn.** Here you can manually specify the amount of points to be charged/withdrawn. Specify the amount you want to withdraw with a -minus sign, and the "Withdraw Cashback" button will become active.

**Order amount for cashback accrual**. Here you can specify the amount of the check for which the customer placed the order. So the cashback points amount will be calculated automatically, according to the % of cashback that is accrued for a certain type of receipt.

|| IMPORTANT! If the percentage of cashback is not configured for a certain type of receipt - the operation of calculating cashback from the order amount will not be carried out.
