2.0 Why, when the client indicated the apartment number when placing an order, is it not displayed in the courier application?
If the client has chosen doorstep delivery and specified the apartment and floor data, then the apartment number and floor will not be displayed on the order card. This data is displayed only in orders placed with inside delivery.
Customers often mistakenly believe that doorstep delivery is inside delivery.
To visually distinguish between doorstep delivery and inside delivery in the Monitoring Panel, you need to pay attention to the delivery icon on the order card.
