# 2.0 Why isn't cashback calculated if there are transactions?

Cashback may not be calculated if some information is entered in the Webhooks URL field in the **Control Panel → Settings → Cashback**. This field must be left blank for normal operation.

Also, if the project's domain has changed, you need to remove the old **URL** so that a new one is generated with the current domain. In the cashback settings, **Webhooks** must match the actual domain, as it determines which cashback service various events will be sent to. Otherwise, cashback may not be credited.
