# 2.0 Why is there no sound in the Monitoring Panel?

**The absence of sound in the Monitoring Panel may occur due to the following reasons:**

*   The user is not in the Monitoring Panel on the Active or Notifications tabs _(sound alerts do not work while on other tabs)_;
    
*   The order notification was quickly accepted/read;
    
*   There are no delays in active orders.
