# 2.0 Why is the program not searching for a new courier when removing an order from a current courier manually?

*   If the courier is removed from the order manually, then the order remains unallocated and requires manual distribution. In the top panel of the order card, click on the **change** link next to the name of the assigned courier.

*   To automatically distribute an active order to another courier, activate the **Redistribute to a free courier** checkbox and click **Save**. The window will close and another courier best suited for the order will be displayed at the top of the order card.
