2.0 Why is the program not searching for a new courier when removing an order from a current courier manually?

If the courier is removed from the order manually, then the order remains unallocated and requires manual distribution. In the top panel of the order card, click on the change link next to the name of the assigned courier.




To automatically distribute an active order to another courier, activate the Redistribute to a free courier checkbox and click Save. The window will close and another courier best suited for the order will be displayed at the top of the order card.
