2.0 Why is the phone number of the institution that fulfills the order not indicated in the system SMS messages?

Users can contact the support service through the chat located on the website or in the mobile application → Profile → Support. A phone number for communication is also placed in the header of the website.

We use a single format of SMS messages for all our clients, so it is not possible to specify individual contacts in system messages.

It is also worth noting that with a large volume of orders, there may be many calls to the phone, which can block the work of the facility's administrator. For normal call processing, a separate specialist (or several) is required to handle the calls.

As practice shows, this content of system messages does not cause much inconvenience to users, because they can always contact the institution via chat or by phone specified on the website. Therefore, we do not plan to add a phone number to SMS messages.
