# 2.0 Why is the Courier on the map function not available in the app?

The Courier on Map feature may not be available in the mobile app for several reasons:

*   The display is turned off in the settings. Configurable in **Control Panel → Settings → Cities → edit →  Delivery → Courier Tracking → Real-time courier tracking** field.

*   The courier turned off GPS location tracking on their smartphone.
    
*   The Courier is offline.
