# 2.0 Why doesn't the "Ready" button appear in the Dots Business app when ordering for pickup?

If your company has an **Order Only** interaction type, you may not see the Ready button in the Dots Business app when you order for pickup, as this type of interaction limits overall functionality.

1.  Open the **Companies** section.
    
2.  Click the **Edit** button next to the required company.
    
3.  Go to the **Address** tab.
    
4.  Click the **Edit** button next to the desired address.
    
5.  Click the **Types of Receiving** tab.
    
6.  Turn off the **Delivery - Use** checkbox.
