# 2.0 Why cities may not be displayed in the mobile apps and on the website?

Cities are not displayed in the mobile app and website if they are in the **Off** or **Soon** status. You can change the status of a city in **Control Panel → Settings → Cities** → edit → **General** tab →  **Status**.
