# 2.0 Where is it possible to see customer reviews?

**All received customer reviews can be seen in several places:**



*   in the **Restaurant Panel** on the **Reviews tab**.

*   in the **Monitoring Panel** on the **Clients** tab. Here it is possible to filter out inappropriate reviews or turn them into a problem for further control over its resolution.
