# 2.0 The website is down. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error

An NX Domen error is a problem with the name servers.

It can occur in two cases:

1. If you changed the server name in your hosting account
2. If you have not paid for the domain rental.

The client needs to check in his personal account of his domain to see if it is paid.
Most likely, this is the problem.
