# 2.0 The company does not receive robot calls with new order notifications

  
*   If a call comes in, but no new order notification is heard, this may be due to the operator's settings in the company itself. If an automatic greeting is configured on the company's phone, then by the time the administrator picks up the phone, the robot's notification has already been played, since it takes only 4 seconds.
