2.0 Setting the delivery time as for pedestrian couriers

It is necessary to increase the maximum distances for pedestrian couriers in the settings of the Delivery Service. Then for orders whose delivery distances are less than the specified one, the delivery time will be calculated according to the speed of the pedestrian.
