If required, set up order filters in the Active tab by choosing the type of orders, or a specific courier. For more information, see here.

Responsibilities during a shift

During a shift, you need to monitor and respond to new notifications in the Notifications tab. This tab will contain notifications about new and canceled orders, changes in the estimated pickup time, and order price. For more information, see here.

Use Active, Recent and Pre-orders tabs to manage orders. In case of delays or issues with delivery, you can use the order card to change the delivery address, estimated pickup time or a courier. For more information, see here.

An important part of a logistician's job is managing logistics settings. To do that, make sure you have all necessary permissions.

To change the logistics settings for a particular city, go to Settings > Cities management > select a city > Delivery > General tab. For more information, see here.

To change the company logistics settings, go to Companies > select a company > Delivery > General tab. For more information, see here.

To manage delivery fleets and couriers, go to the Delivery fleets subsection. For more information, see here.

To make outgoing and incoming calls, use the IP telephony apps . Integration with these services allows you to contact customers, couriers, or cashiers by clicking on the phone number in the Monitoring Panel.

To view statistics on the work of couriers, use the Archive > Couriers tab. Here you can also view a list of all orders that were assigned to a certain courier. If necessary, you can view detailed information on each order. For more information, see here.

If you have permission, you will be able to register and solve problem situations in the Problems tab. For more information, see here.
