2.0 Order cancellation in the Company Panel
When you click on the Cancel button, a drop-down list appears in the order card of the Company Panel with the choice of the reason for cancelling the order.

When the reason is selected, you must click the Close the window button. After that, the order will be closed and the Monitoring Panel will receive a notification about the order cancellation.
If the order was cancelled due to the restaurant, the operator must call the client back and notify them about the cancellation. When an order is cancelled, it disappears, and in the client's mobile app, customers can continue to wait for the order without knowing that it was cancelled.
