2.0 Optimal working mode of couriers for large multi-brand networks

Based on our platform, there are multi-brands that work both in the automatic order distribution mode and in the Broadcast mode. To work in the automatic order distribution mode, we recommend that you ensure the presence of a logistician so that your managers in the companies interact only with orders in the company. The logistician monitors the distribution of orders for couriers, the schedules of couriers, assesses whether there is a need to add couriers to the shift, as well as solving problem situations with couriers.



When the Broadcast mode is enabled, couriers can distribute the order to themselves. Also, couriers can send their order to the Broadcast. In the Courier App, in the filter you can select companies, orders from which will be displayed on the Broadcast tab.
