# 2.0 Logistics scheduling. Exporting the lists of products and orders

The Monitoring Panel allows you to export lists of orders and products for route planning and kitchen workload planning. This is relevant for companies that only accept orders for future dates. Couriers deliver orders to several addresses within one route, and then return to a company location.

# Setting up the necessary parameters

First, you need to ** [pause receiving orders for today and enable automatic changing of statuses](https://dots.crisp.help/en/article/pause-receiving-of-new-orders-for-today-1xsg0q3/) ** . To do so, select a city in the Control Panel and go to **Companies** > select a company > **Timings** tab.

We also recommend configuring the following parameters:

* In the ** [Orders for a specific time](https://dots.crisp.help/en/article/choose-between-slots-or-the-exact-time-1mmfro3/) ** field, select **Slots**. In the **Interval between delivery time options** field, select 1 hour or more.

* Select manual order assignment mode in the city settings.

# Exporting the list of products

Exporting a list of products allows you to download a list with the number of products/dishes ordered for certain hours of the selected day. This allows you to plan your kitchen and check the correct amount of ingredients for cooking.

To do this, select the city and the company/location in the upper left corner of the Monitoring Panel. Then go to the **Pre-orders** tab, select the desired date and click **Export of products to CSV**. After that, the file download will start (see example below).
