All problem situations related to the client are indicated in the note about the user, in the order card in the Monitoring Panel.






This information will be displayed in the Client's Card.




You can also find out if there were problems in customer orders by checking them manually. To do this, go to the Client's Card in the Monitoring Panel and open each client's order - the problematic ones will be marked with an exclamation mark icon.
