# 2.0 How to respond to a customer review on a website?

At the moment, the functionality of the platform does not provide the ability to respond to customer reviews on the site. If necessary, you can enable or disable the display of each individual review or contact the customer by phone.


### All work with the received reviews takes place:

*   in the **Monitoring Panel→ Reviews**
