# 2.0 How to process customer reviews in the Monitoring Panel?

On the **Reviews** tab in the **Monitoring Panel**, you can moderate reviews displayed on the website and in the mobile app. Double-click on the review status and a drop-down menu with status options will be displayed to change the review status.

*   **New** - A review that is pending.
    
*   **Accepted** - The review has been accepted and is displayed on the Reviews page on the website and in the mobile app (unless this feature is disabled).
    
*   **Declined** - the moderator rejected the review and it will not be displayed anywhere.
