2.0 How to process customer reviews in the Monitoring Panel?
On the Reviews tab in the Monitoring Panel, you can moderate reviews displayed on the website and in the mobile app. Double-click on the review status and a drop-down menu with status options will be displayed to change the review status.
New - A review that is pending.
Accepted - The review has been accepted and is displayed on the Reviews page on the website and in the mobile app (unless this feature is disabled).
Declined - the moderator rejected the review and it will not be displayed anywhere.
