_For the jacksburgersbar.com, the link to the Monitoring Panel looks like this:_
_ [https://jacksburgersbar.com/p/monitoring/all](https://jacksburgersbar.com/p/monitoring/all) _

In addition, you can go to the Monitoring Panel using the link on the main screen of the Control Panel (after authorization in the Control Panel).

Depending on permissions, one, several or all cities will be available to you. To change the city, or select all available cities, click **All cities** in the upper left corner of the Monitoring Panel and select the desired option. After that, you will only work with orders from the selected city/cities.

To change the current status, or exit the Monitoring Panel, click on your call sign in the upper right corner. The following statuses are available:
* **Online (green)**. You are ready to work with orders. New orders will be assigned to you depending on the number of free operators on the line.
* **Hidden (gray)**. You have access to the Monitoring Panel, but new orders will not be assigned to you.
* **Exit (Black)**. Click **Exit** to log out.

**Note:** If necessary, the shift supervisor may assign an order to you manually, even if you have “Hidden” status.
