2.0 How to generate statistics on couriers' delays?
To generate statistics of couriers' delays, you can use the Order Archive in the Monitoring Panel.
To do this, go to the Monitoring Panel → Archive → Orders, select one of the available delay intervals in the filters - With a delivery delay >= 5 minutes, With a delivery delay >= 10 minutes, or With a delivery delay >= 20 minutes, and upload the report to a .CSV file.
Further, the uploaded data can be filtered by the Courier column and the received information can be processed according to your needs.
