# 2.0 How to find out how many customers have not completed placing an order?

This information can be calculated using the indicators of the marketing report - Transition to the cart and Order processing.
To view reports, go to Control Panel => Reports => [Marketing Report](https://dots.crisp.help/en/article/20-data-report-marketing-report-1ms9lhm/).
