2.0 How to create a problem with or without being related to an order?

There are three ways to create a problem:




An order with a low rating can be transferred into a problem. To do this, go to the Monitoring Panel → Reviews. In reviews with a rating below five stars, a button To Problems is displayed. When you click on it, the order is transferred into problems.





You can create a problem associated with any order. To do this, go to the Monitoring Panel and click on the icon with an exclamation mark on the order card. In the window that opens, you can create a problem.



To create a problem without linking to an order, go to Monitoring Panel → Problems and click the Add problem button. In the window that opens, fill in the data on the problem and click Save.
