2.0 How to change the operator?

In order to change the operator, go to the Monitoring Panel, open the Order Card, click on the link with the operator's call sign and select the required operator in the drop-down menu. Then click Confirm - a pop-up window will appear with information The order is already assigned to the operator Name. Confirm changes. - click OK.
