2.0 How to calculate the number of new and repeat customers?
You can see this information in the Reports on page 6. Cohort analysis – is a method of analysis that allows you to segment customers who placed an order in a certain period of time (in this report - for a month).
The second table will show the total number of new customers for each month, as well as the number of those customers who used the service in subsequent months.
