# 2.0 How long does it take for a customer to get a refund?

In fact, the money is not debited from the client's account, but simply blocked (held) on it. We send withdrawal requests from the hold immediately after a successful delivery.



In case of a change in the check amount _(downward)_, the current amount will be unlocked after the order is completed, thereby a refund of the difference will be issued.
