# 2.0 Dots Business app self-diagnosis mode

In the event of a problem or problem with the Dots Business app, you need to view the “App Details” screen. It contains basic technical information about the device and app permissions.

If you need to view technical information about the app, swipe right, and tap **Application Information** in the menu that appears.

###### For the app to work correctly, we recommend having the following settings:
*   System access to notifications - Yes.    
*   App access to notifications - Yes.    
*   Sound - On.    
*   Do not disturb mode - Off.
    
**Note:** In case of problems, please provide a screenshot of this screen to the support with a description of the problems.
