# 2.0 Determining the user's location in the app

"To determine the location correctly, we recommend that you enter the address manually in the application. In the upper left corner of the application, tap the **Profile icon  → Location** → **Enter an address manually** → **Confirm**.

The address is automatically determined by clicking on the auto-detect icon, to the right of the button for manually entering the address. Keep in mind that geolocation recognition depends on the following factors:

*   Whether the setting for determining the geolocation for the application is enabled in the mobile phone settings;    
*   Is GPS available _(it may not be available in basements, etc.)_;     
*   Whether the user's phone is working fine;    
*   Whether the user's location in the map services was determined correctly.
