# 2.0 Data report > Operational metrics

This page of the [report](https://dots.crisp.help/en/article/20-control-panel-settings-reports-1f0d7th/) shows statistics on the time of distribution, acceptance, preparation, and delivery of orders. It also shows the average lead time.

To see the report, go to the **Settings** and **Reports** section in the Control Panel.

### Available info
* **Actual lead time (orange). The average value of all actual lead time values (from the moment of order placing until delivery) excluding orders for a specific time and takeaways. In a separate block, appear its constituent parts: the average time of distribution, confirmation, preparation, and delivery.**
* **Estimated lead time (gray).** The average value of all estimated lead time values (from the moment of order placing until its estimated delivery).
* **Client lead time (blue).** The average value of all client lead time values (estimated delivery time + maximum delivery delay time).
* A line chart that shows the average values of actual, estimated, and client lead time by days for the selected period.
* A bar chart that shows the ratio of average actual, estimated, and customer lead time for each company location.

### Average order distribution time
* A pie chart that shows the percentage ratio of manual (orange) and automatic (gray) distribution of orders with delay time.
* A bar chart that shows the quantity ratio of the manual (orange) and automatic (gray) distribution of orders for all company locations.
* A bar chart with the ratio of manual (orange) and automatic (gray) distribution for each location.
* Yellow block with an average order distribution time value.
* A line graph with the average time of order distribution by days within the selected period.
* A bar chart that shows the average order distribution time for each location within the selected period.

### Average time of order confirmation
* A pie chart that shows the percentage ratio of confirmation time delays.
* A bar chart that shows the quantity ratio of orders confirmed in 5 min and over 5 min.
* A bar chart with the ratio of orders confirmed in 5 min and over 5 min for each location.
* Yellow block with an average order confirmation time value.
* A line graph that shows the average order confirmation time by days for the selected period.

### Average preparation and estimated pickup time
* A pie chart that shows the percentage ratio of the estimated pickup time delays.
* Yellow block with an average estimated pickup time delay value (to the right of the pie chart).
* A bar chart that shows the quantity ratio of the estimated pickup time delays (up to 10 min and over 10 min).
* A bar chart that shows the ratio of the estimated pickup time delays (up to 10 min and over 10 min) for each location.
* Yellow block with an average order preparation time value (to the left of the line graph).
* A line graph that shows the average order preparation time by days for the selected period.
* A bar chart that shows the average order preparation time for each location.

### Average order delivery time
* A pie chart that shows the percentage ratio of the order delivery delays (up to 10 minutes, 10-19 minutes, over 20 minutes).
* Yellow block with an average delivery delay time value (to the right of the pie chart).
* A bar chart that shows the quantity ratio of the order delivery delays (up to 10 min, and over 10 min).
* A bar chart that shows the percentage ratio of the order delivery delays (up to 10 min and over 10 min) for each location.
* Yellow block with an average delivery time value (to the left of the line graph).
* A line graph that shows the average order delivery time by days for the selected period.
* A bar chart that shows the average order delivery time for each location.
* Yellow block with an average delivery distance value (to the left of the line graph).

### Average rating of locations and couriers
* Yellow block that contains average customer rating scores (company, couriers, overall) and the number of reviews of the company and couriers.
* A line chart that shows the average rating of the company (blue), couriers (yellow), and the overall rating (gray).
* A bar chart that shows the ratio of the average location’s score (orange) to the total number of reviews (gray) for each location.
