Duties of the courier on the line



The courier's duties include:


Timely start and end of the shift.
Work with orders (confirmation, changing of statuses, etc.).
Timely arrival at the place company location.
Receiving an order from a manager/cashier at the company location.
Paying for the order at the company location (if required).
Timely delivery of orders.
Ensuring the safety of the order during the delivery process.
Communication with operators in case of force majeure.
Informing customers about arrival.
Issuance of orders to customers.
Receiving payment using a payment terminal or cash.
Use of insulated bags.
Taking care of own vehicle.


Getting started


To get started with the Dots Delivery app, you need to download it from Google Play or AppStore.

Next, you will need to log in using the account name, login, and password. See here for more details.




When installing the app, it will ask for a number of permissions that are required for its functioning. You can check the status of the permissions in the Profile > App Info tab.

Depending on the working hours of your delivery fleet, you need to start and end the shift in a timely manner. Before starting your shift, you must confirm that you’re ready to accept orders by calling a support operator or a manager (your manager must inform you about the procedure). Important: Before starting the shift, you must make sure that your vehicle is okay and that you have an insulated bag (if provided). Also, make sure your device has enough battery power for the entire shift. In addition, consider the possibility of charging via a cigarette lighter or an external battery.

Working with orders


After going online, you will be able to receive new orders. The full cycle of work with an order, from its confirmation to delivery, is described here.

Use an order card to view the detailed information on the order and a map with the delivery route. It contains all the necessary information about the order, customer, and payment. See here for more details.



To view the order archive, go to Profile > Order archive. See here for more details.







To view a summary of completed orders for a specific time period, go to Profile > Statistics. See here for more details.
