2.0 Courier App - Orders Tab - Order Card
The order card contains complete information on the order and a map with the delivery route. To access the card, tap on the order in any of the application tabs.

At the top of the screen are the order number and copy icon. When you tap on it, information with the order number, operator's call sign and a link to the order in the Monitoring Panel are copied to the clipboard. This allows you to quickly transfer this information to the support team.

Below is displayed the current order status and buttons that allow you to quickly change the order status. Left arrow - previous order status, right arrow - next order status. Status options: new order, accepted for work, arrived at the pickup point, order received, order delivered.

Attention: The buttons allow you to sequentially change the order status, but will not allow you to cancel and transfer it to another courier. To do this, you will need to contact support.
The block displays the time when the order was received, the name and address of the pickup point. It can also display special notes about the need to check the packaging of first courses and the availability of drinks.

The block displays the time by which the order must be delivered and the customer's address. It will also display special notes regarding the delivery and dispatch of the order (alcohol, inside delivery, gift, info, time, terminal).

Contains the customer's name and phone number. On the right, a robot icon is displayed, upon tapping on it the client will receive an automatic call asking to meet you. The icon with a handset is used to independently call the client if necessary.

Contains the composition of the order, which includes the cost of shipping and packaging.

Order details may contain additional notes that you need to pay attention to.
Drinks. The order contains drinks. It is necessary to make sure that they are available upon receipt of the order, because. they are often forgotten at pickup points.

Soup. The order contains first courses. Upon receipt of the order, you must ensure that the packaging is correct, and be careful when transporting.

Inside delivery. The order must be delivered to the client's door (on their floor).

Terminal. You need to take a payment terminal to provide payment by card upon receipt of the order.

Order by time. The order must be delivered within the specified time.

Alcohol. The order contains alcoholic beverages. If they are in glass containers, care must be taken when transporting. In addition, verification of a document confirming the identity and age of the client will be required before dispatching an order.

Gift. When dispatching an order, the customer must be presented with a gift.
Note. The customer left a note on the order that needs to be read. This note will be located under the Client block and will be highlighted in yellow.
This tab will display the delivery route of the order. When you tap on the ""Navigator"" button, a list of available applications for navigation will open. After selecting one of them, the route will open in the corresponding application.
